The villa is conveniently located within walking distance of Praia do Vale do Garrão Nascente, which is better known as the fashionable Julia’s beach, where you will find a selection of beach bars and eateries.
Built to the highest standard with top-quality equipment and materials, this designer villa sleeps a maximum of 10 guests. Features include a superb lower level TV/ cinema room, games room and bar, a roof terrace with sunbathing area and plunge pool to cool off aswell as a seating area in which to enjoy the fabulous views. Spacious and south-west facing terraces, natural lighting throughout, electric blinds, a centralised air conditioning system, underfloor heating and Wi-Fi ensure guests have all they need for comfortable and luxurious stay.

Please note that this villa is not suitable for families with young children due to the layout of the villa and the design of features such as the glass staircase
From 1st November 2024 a local tourist tax must be paid for any guests over the age of 16. The charge during low season (November 1st - March 31st) is 5 Euros per person (for stays of 5 consecutive nights) and during high season (April 1st - October 31st) it is 10 Euros per person (for stays of 5 consecutive nights). Payment of this tax will be billed with the balance of the booking
