Conveniently located 4km away from the beach, just a 15 minute walk to Bougainvillea Plaza and Quinta Shopping with their boutique shops, restaurants and bars and a ten minute drive will bring you to the lively Praca where a selection of waterfront restaurants and live music venues can be found.
The villa offers superb accommodation inside and out and is built on one level (although there is one step down to some rooms) and has the benefit of an alarm, Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout. The private fully enclosed plot is landscaped beautifully, offering plenty of space for children to play and parents to relax.
